Reservations and Cancellation
A major credit card is required to book your appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full price of your missed treatments.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress and make full use of our facilities. To maintain the relaxation of our spa, we ask you to silence your cell phones and other electronic devices upon arrival. 

Tardiness Policy

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session but may receive an abbreviated session. For example, if you schedule an hour service and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session.

Gratuity
Gratuity is based on the full value of regular price services. There will be an additional fee of $1.00 on Gratuity charged on credit cards. Cash Tips are appreciated.

Parking

The municipal parking lot for our establishment is located from 45 River Edge Road.
 
The parking lot as a maximum of 2 hour parking only.

Forgot your slippers?

If you forget your pedicure slippers/flip flops, don't worry! we sell them here.  Starting at $3.00 & up.

E-mails

We send out e-mail specials at least once a month to all of our clients.

Private Events & Parties

If you would like to have a private event or party, we are available to do so. Please call (201) 261-0003 for more information.

We also provide services for special events such as weddings and large parties.

In special cases, we will offer on-site services for our non-ambulatory customers.

Please do not solicit our staff for professional services to be rendered off-site.  We take great care of our staff with respect, opportunity, and fairness.
